Your pearl bracelet or necklace is covered under our lifetime warranty for one complimentary restringing, should the original stringing become compromised due to normal wear over time. Additional restringing services are available for a fee.

To protect your pearls and keep your jewelry in warranty-eligible condition, please avoid:
- Wearing during water exposure (e.g., showering, swimming, washing dishes)
- Contact with lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, or other chemicals
- Excessive tugging, stretching, or forceful handling
- Storing loosely with other jewelry, which may scratch the pearls
What’s Not Covered:
- Restringing or damage resulting from water exposure, chemical contact, or misuse
- Multiple complimentary restringings
- Damage to pearls from improper storage or rough wear
